We proudly serve Buffalo and Western New York. We offer complimentary flower pickup the evening of your event or the morning after within a 25 mile Radius of Williamsville, NY. Any pickup beyond that area is an additional $50 flat fee. We are excited for upcoming expansion to serve more locations!!!

Yes! We are accepting advanced bookings through 2027, but we understand last minute needs! We are waiving the $75 last minute scheduling fee for all of 2026. Ideally, reach out at least one month prior to your event. Bookings confirmed with a deposit prior to 2 weeks before the event do not incur any additional fees.

We are also able to preserve flowers from past events that may have been air-dried or otherwise.

We use a silica drying process that preserves flowers in their full, three-dimensional form — not flattened or pressed. Once dried, your blooms are carefully set in high-grade, UV-resistant resin to create a lasting piece of art.

Absolutely. While we offer a range of standard shapes and sizes of our resin blocks, shadow boxes and plates. Custom dimensions and designs are always available — just reach out to share your vision and we will do our best to bring it to life!

We will also begin offering Resin Tables and Wall art very soon!

A non-refundable $50 deposit secures your date. Once your flower pickup or delivery date is confirmed, 50% of the remaining balance is due, with the final balance due upon completion. We accept Credit Card (Square) and Venmo.

You will be given the option to receive one complimentary design mock ups before we begin creating the final piece. Any additional mockups may cost $50. We will send you a questionnaire upon booking to explore your vision and preferences, including preferred shape, background colors, additional elements such as pearls or gold flakes, and any other details to ensure your piece reflects exactly what you're hoping for. Because every bloom dries uniquely, final placement is finished by hand during the creation process and may not be exactly like the mock up.

White and very light-colored flowers tend to shift to ivory or amber tones, while red, burgundy or purple may turn darker during the drying process — this is natural and adds to the timeless character of your piece. We offer color correction for select flower types for a $25 fee - please inquire to see if your blooms qualify. Once flowers have been dried we’ll assess eligibility - you can add this on at that point, or once design mockup has been reviewed.

Due to natural variation in how different flowers dry, not all blooms may be usable in the final piece — flowers that were bent, crushed, or not properly hydrated beforehand may show some bruising or discoloration in the final piece. Once the creation process begins, we're unable to return unused flowers.

Keep your piece out of direct sunlight when possible — all epoxy resin will naturally amber over time, which is an inherent characteristic of the material, not a defect. We use the highest-grade UV-resistant resin available to slow this process significantly. A full care guide is included with every completed order.

Please allow 2 to 6 months from the time we receive your flowers. This reflects our full process — silica drying, resin creation, curing, and finishing — done with unhurried care and intention. A personalized timing estimate is provided at booking.

A Resin Block is a solid, sculptural piece where your 3D preserved flowers are fully encased in resin in their original form — available in shapes like squares, hexagons, circles, hearts, and more. A beautiful, display-anywhere keepsake.

Shadow Boxes are deep-set frames where your preserved flowers are artfully arranged and displayed in their original form behind glass or acrylic — dimensional wall or table art that keeps your blooms beautifully in view.

Yes! In addition to floral preservation, we create original botanical and resin art using our own sourced flowers — perfect as a gift or treat for yourself, no bouquet required.

Any! Beyond Bridal bouquets, we can preserve Centerpieces or greenery from your event, garlands, Bridesmaids bouquets, Boutonnieres, Corsages from Prom, Bridal and Baby Shower Bouquets, Anniversary or Special Commemorative event and Memorial Florals. We are always open to new ideas, so please inquire!
